Simple CPLD dev board

A home-etchable, self programming development board to get you started with the CPLDs.

Z80 Microcomputer

This is an actual computer, built completely from scratch. I began the project in the spring of 2006, while I was taking a course on microcomputers. My Z80 system will remain a work in progress as long as I can think of new things to add to it.

cosam.org - Z80 Project

After several years' worth of interruptions and procrastination, the homebrew computer project has finally become a reality. Now on the forth revision of the design, the system actually works! As this page seems to be getting its fair share of traffic lately, I'm trying to keep it reasonably up-to-date. I've also published all of the Z80 project's source code in my online source code repisitory. However, don't be shy to drop me a line if you have specific questions or would like to discuss your own project.

Web server on a business card

This mini web server is slightly smaller than a business card. There are a lot of tiny one-board servers out there, but this is probably the smallest you can etch and solder at home. Unlike many embedded web servers, files are stored on a PC-readable SD card, not in a difficult-to-write EEPROM.

USB Audio Streamer

A Microchip PIC based USB sound card

The Bus Pirate/Universal Serial Interface

Very cute idea I like – a universal bus interface that talks to most chips from a PC serial terminal. It deserve to rework!
